Delivery Policy

zSellr Themes sells digital products only. Every product on this store is a downloadable Shopify theme supplied as a .zip file. Nothing physical is manufactured, packed, or dispatched, so this policy covers digital delivery rather than shipping.
What you receive
- A downloadable theme file in .zip format, ready to upload to a Shopify store.
- Any additional files included with that specific theme, as described on the product page.
Themes are priced between USD 79 and USD 129. The exact contents of each purchase are listed on the product page you buy from.
When delivery happens
Your download is made available once payment has been confirmed. If your payment is held for review by the payment provider, delivery happens after that review clears.
Expected time from confirmed payment to download availability: immediately in almost all cases.
How you receive your files
Your files are delivered automatically by Shopify. As soon as your payment is confirmed, a download link appears on your order confirmation page, is emailed to you, and is saved to your Shopify customer account so you can download it again at any time.
- Please use a working email address at checkout — this is where your order confirmation and any download link will be sent.
- If a download link is emailed to you and it does not arrive, check your spam and promotions folders before contacting us.
- Your download link does not expire — you can re-download the theme at any time from your order confirmation email or your account, and each purchase includes free minor updates to the theme for 12 months.
No physical shipping
Because these are digital products:
- No parcel is sent, so there is no courier, tracking number, or delivery address involved.
- No shipping charges apply to any order.
- Any address collected at checkout is used only for billing, tax, and payment verification purposes.
If your download fails or a link expires
Email info@zsellr.com from the email address you used to place the order, and include your order number. We will check the order and re-issue access to your files.
Common issues we can help with: an interrupted download, a corrupted or incomplete .zip file, a link that has expired or run out of downloads, or a confirmation email that never arrived.
What you need to use a theme
- An active Shopify store. A theme file can only be installed on a Shopify store — it cannot be used as a standalone website.
- A device that can download and unzip files. Downloading on a desktop or laptop is usually easier than on a mobile device.
- Access to your Shopify admin so you can upload the theme file.
Please make sure a theme suits your store before purchasing. Delivery of the file is separate from refunds — see our refund policy for what happens if you want your money back.
