The variant swatch system — no app needed

Colour options render as real colour chips, every other option as pill swatches. Selecting one updates the price and add-to-cart instantly, unavailable or sold-out combinations are automatically disabled and struck through, and the URL syncs to ?variant= so any variant can be shared or advertised. Built from real radio inputs, so it stays keyboard and screen-reader accessible — unlike app-injected widgets. Most stores pay monthly for this; here it is theme code.
